bunkbed rooms is a converted windowless mudroom. Our kids found it a little too claustrophobic and it got pretty warm during the hot days. Main house is nice and spacious.  Both houses are somewhat cheaply maintained with things like clear packing tape securing the AC units which was a little unappealing.  Overall, an adequate place for a large group with a good location and plenty of easily accessible, lake Winnipesaukee activities." (8/5)
