There were trip hazards,  in the uneven flooring, the worn rugs which had upturned corners and edges. The shower sealant was black with mould and the shower partition glass was covered in limescale. Fittings and furniture were well beyond their sellby date and require replacements. Neighbours appear to use the house grounds as a thorough fare." (2/5)
