Please note: this is a shared building, and our lovely neighbor across the hall is visually impaired. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum and be especially mindful in the shared stairwell and entry area.

Nothing may be left or stored between the parking spaces and the direct entrance to the condo, especially in or near the stairwell, as it must remain clear at all times for safety and accessibility.

You’ll have 2 assigned parking spaces, and there is often overflow parking available next door on a first-come, first-served basis. 

As much as we love pups, this property is NOT dog-friendly as they are not allowed by the association in the building.
