🌅Beach Access & Use – Important Guidelines

To ensure compliance with Suissevale community rules, please review the following beach policies carefully:

1. Saturday Restrictions (July 1 – Labor Day Weekend)
Renters are not permitted to access Suissevale Beach or the beach parking lot on Saturdays during the summer season (July 1st through Labor Day weekend).
This includes:

Walking onto the beach.
Entering any beach areas beyond the bridge.
Using the beach parking lot.

2. Boat & Jet Ski Restrictions (All Days)
Renters are not allowed to beach or dock jet skis or boats in the designated boating area at Suissevale Beach at any time.
This area is strictly reserved for Suissevale members only.

3. Permitted Access (Weekdays & Sundays Only)
Renters may access the beach only on weekdays and Sundays during the summer season (July 1st through Labor Day weekend), with proper authorization:

The homeowner must obtain a renter/parking pass in advance from the Suissevale business office.
Renters must use this pass to access both the beach and parking lot.
Use of a Suissevale member blue hanging tag by renters is strictly prohibited and considered a policy violation.

🛶Kayaks are available for guest use. For safety, guests must bring their own life jackets, as they are not provided.

🐾 Dog-Friendly Property
This is a dog-friendly home, we love hosting well-behaved pups! To keep the space comfortable for all guests, only dogs are permitted (no cats or other pets).
Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing your furry friend, and be sure to add your dog to the reservation, as a pet fee applies.

House was clean, recently updated, and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Amenities in local towns were all within a 20 minute drive, with some restaurants even closer. The house was well-kept, and the surroundings helped everything feel very private. We enjoyed being able to access the Suissevale playground, though the unseasonably cold May weather prevented us from using the beach there - we made extensive use of the house's hot tub instead. I played basketball with my son, spent precious quality time with the grandbabies, cooked together, did laundry, played Sorry, watched the movie “Mother’s Day” together Saturday night, and simply enjoyed being together. With all of our busy work schedules, it’s not easy getting everyone together on short notice, but somehow everything worked out perfectly. The home truly felt like home — peaceful, comfortable, welcoming, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We even had groceries delivered from Hannaford, which made things so convenient. We visited Castle in the Clouds, although unfortunately it won’t reopen until sometime in July. We also stopped at the old country store for maple syrup, souvenirs, and candy.
