About Big Lake Properties

Big Lake Properties started out as Vacation Rental Investors right here in the Lakes Region of NH. When we first began investing in vacation rentals, we were looking for a boutique property manager that would provide the care and attention we would for our own home. However, every property manager we spoke with was a large corporation, and we felt like just a number. After searching for some time, and successfully managing our own 5-star properties, we decided that nobody could do it better than ourselves. After a few years of perfecting our own unique vacation rentals, friends and acquaintances started asking if we could take over their properties as well. That is when Big Lake Properties was born. Our goal has never been size and growth, but quality management and attention to detail. We strive to provide the best experiences for all of our guests, both our own and those staying in our clients' homes.
