Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing your furry friend, and be sure to add your dog to the reservation, as a pet fee applies.. The yard’s very large!

Yes—both homes share an oversized yard with fire pit and games.
➤ Can we walk to the lake?
It’d be a bit of a walk-- but it’s just a couple minutes to drive down and park (we have parking passes available).
➤ Where can we launch our boat?
Harilla’s Landing is just .2 miles down the street.

Very pleasant location with a short drive to a lovely beach on the lake. The choice of games and entertainment was great for a big group. The outdoor space is lovely. Seems like the place may have just changed hands and is still a little rough around the edges. One of the bunkbed rooms is a converted windowless mudroom. Our kids found it a little too claustrophobic and it got pretty warm during the hot days. Main house is nice and spacious. Both houses are somewhat cheaply maintained with things like clear packing tape securing the AC units which was a little unappealing. Overall, an adequate place for a large group with a good location and plenty of easily accessible, lake Winnipesaukee activities.
