Yes — it’s all yours and located on the back patio. USE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK -All guests must shower before hot tub use each time. -Cover must be securely closed and latched when not in use. -If a drain and fill is required due to guest misuse of hot tub there will be a $300 charge. This would include but not limited to things like excessive water loss during use, broken glass inside hot tub etc. -Please bring in any used towels and hang in the bathroom to dry When checking out (or during last use) please ensure hot tub temp is turned down to 90 degrees. DO NOT TURN THE HOT TUB OFF ➤ Are pets allowed? Yes — up to 2 dogs are welcome. We love pets and want your furry friends to enjoy their vacation, too! All dogs must be registered and pet fee paid prior to arrival. Without registration/payment your reservation can be impacted. Please be respectful and clean up after them both indoors and outdoors. There are dog-poo bags for your use. There is also a doggie dish should you forget yours! ➤ Is there lake access? You’ll be close to Lake Winnipesaukee and public boat launches. ➤ Is this home family-friendly? Absolutely — the bunk room, game room, and yard make it ideal for families. ➤ Any quirks to know?
