Welcome to your Lakes Region getaway! This newly renovated 2-bedroom cottage on Lake Winnipesaukee is located in one of Meredith’s most desirable spots, just minutes from downtown.

The home offers 2 bedrooms on the main floor, each with a queen bed. Additional sleeping space is located in the loft, which includes a twin mattress and a king setup made of two twin mattresses pushed together. Please note that the loft beds are mattresses (not traditional bed frames), creating a more casual and flexible sleeping arrangement—best suited for families or mixed groups.

There’s 1 bathroom (no tub), and modern comforts include heat, AC, and a stackable washer/dryer, making it ideal for year-round enjoyment

Step outside to a stone patio with picnic table & grill or spend your day on the shared sandy waterfront. Guests may use the 2 inflatable paddleboards (life jackets required). Please note: no pets allowed and 7-night minimum stay.

Community Guidelines
-No smoking indoors; if outdoors, dispose of materials responsibly.
-No fireworks or open fires per association rules.
-Waterfront is shared—please keep it tidy and return water toys to the cottage.
-Parking for 2 cars on the far right side of the driveway.
-All guests must sign the Good Neighbor Agreement prior to arrival.

Guests will have the entire cottage to themselves, including the stone patio with picnic table and grill. Just steps away, you’re welcome to enjoy the shared sandy beach and waterfront, used by three neighboring cottages. Outside, a large lawn area offers space to relax or play, and you’ll likely meet some of the friendly neighbors if they’re out grilling or swimming. The cottage comes with 2 designated parking spots on the right side of the driveway.

Your host is local and just a phone call away should you need anything during your stay, but we respect your privacy so you can relax and enjoy your time at the lake.
