There’s 1 bathroom (no tub), and modern comforts include heat, AC, and a stackable washer/dryer, making it ideal for year-round enjoyment. Step outside to a stone patio with picnic table & grill or spend your day on the shared sandy waterfront. Guests may use the 2 inflatable paddleboards (life jackets required). Please note: no pets allowed and 7-night minimum stay. Community Guidelines -No smoking indoors; if outdoors, dispose of materials responsibly. -No fireworks or open fires per association rules. -Waterfront is shared—please keep it tidy and return water toys to the cottage. -Parking for 2 cars on the far right side of the driveway. -All guests must sign the Good Neighbor Agreement prior to arrival. Outside, a large lawn area offers space to relax or play, and you’ll likely meet some of the friendly neighbors if they’re out grilling or swimming. The cottage comes with 2 designated parking spots on the right side of the driveway. Your host is local and just a phone call away should you need anything during your stay, but we respect your privacy so you can relax and enjoy your time at the lake.
