⚠️ Important to Know

The waterfront is unfenced, so children should be closely supervised near the water. Swimming is at your own risk and can be accessed from the dock or the stairs from the waterside patio.

The lake is best suited for small boating, and the boat launch is not available to short-term renters. The wood stove is not available for standard guest use. During spring, the gravel road may become muddy and develop potholes.

With Locke Lake just steps away, a private dock, kayaks, canoe, rowboat, and peaceful wooded surroundings, this lakefront cottage makes an inviting home base for swimming, paddling, wildlife watching, and laid-back New Hampshire lake days.
